How do you best care for your Twenty One Apparel clothing?
For long lasting apparel the best way to take care of your purchased merchandise is to wash on cold and hand to dry.
Do you offer any other cities for “MADE ME” clothing line?
Unfortunately, not at the moment we do not.
How long does it take to process order?
Orders are processed within 48-72 hours depending on the order request or high demand of other orders.
How do I go about tracking my order?
Once your merchandise has been shipped out an email will be sent to you with a tracking # via USPS.
What if I need to cancel or add something to my order?
Don't worry long as it's still within the processing time send an email to shoptwentyoneapparel@gmail.com with your order # located in the subject line. Orders after the the 48-72 hours can not be changed/updated.
Do you give away apparel for events, models, fashion shows, etc.?
Absolutely! we love to do sponsorships and donations of our apparel upon request. If interested please email shoptwentyoneapparel@gmail.com
What all methods are there to place orders?
You can purchase directly from our website we accept Paypal and major credit cards. Cash App $ChristonStewart, we also send invoices via paypal or you can use our PayPal link by visiting www.paypal.me/xxidesigns
Are there any other custom designs Twenty One Apparel?
As of right now we just have the two lines, but stayed tuned you never know what new designs we will roll out with.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are FINAL, we do not accept returns ONLY exchanges within 14 business days from customer receiving merchandise. If the shirt does not fit or is defected on our end, we will exchange your order if the merchandise has not been worn or damaged. As a company if the exchanged merchandise does not meet our requirements we can refuse to accept the exchange. Customers will be responsible for returning the merchandise. Once exchanged merchandise has been received we will notify you via email and send out your replacement order within 3-5 business days. Please send all returns to Christon Stewart [P.O. Box # COMING SOON]. Be sure to include your reasoning for exchanging purchased merchandise.
